Felt so welcomed, like chommies from the start! Jodie went out of her way to make sure we were sorted, even giving us a free dessert to celebrate our anniversary. The dinner was lekker, and the room was so comfy, I didn't want to get out of bed!

The renovated King Room was super comfy with thick towels and cozy beds. Jodie, the staff member, made our anniversary special with a sweet complimentary dessert! On a chilly night, heating was a bit iffy though. 😊

My stay was good, from the wonderful fresh pastries we received upon departure to the inviting atmosphere created by the friendly staff, making it feel like home while I explored nearby attractions like the fine St Mary's Church and the picturesque Watercress Way, both just a short walk away.

We felt super welcomed from the start! Jodie was an amazin part of our stay. She was so attentive and happy to help. When we got there for our anniversary, they even gave us a complimentary dessert which was such a sweet touch. Our king room was really comfy. The dinner was delicious and overall a great experience!
however, we did notice a few cobwebs in the room and it would've been nice if the coffee was replenished during our 2 nights.

The King Room was quite comfortable with crisp linen and thick towels. The location is a solid advantage.
The room had some cleanliness issues. I found a few cobwebs and the flooring felt sticky in places. There were only two coffee pods available despite a coffee machine in the room, and it would have been nice to replenish the tea selection during our two-night stay. The television didn't have terrestrial channels, disappointing.

A good country pub with meticulously renovated rooms. The King Room was comfortable, showcasing crisp linen and thick towels. The staff were cute. One member even celebrated our anniversary with a thoughtful dessert. Service during peak times felt a bit strained, and while the food was lovely, some options were limited. Wood-fired pizzas stood out as a highlight.
